The Chamber

Presentation

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping of Palamós was constituted on the 25th of November 1886. It was configured as an organization of enterprise representation, as well as a consultative body cooperating with the different bodies of the Public Administration.

It is a Public Law Corporation, regulated by the official chambers of Commerce, Industry and Shipping (Basic law of the official chambers of commerce, industry and shipping 3/1993 22 of March and the law of the official chambers of commerce, industry and shipping of Catalonia and the General Council of Chambers 14/2002, 27 of June).

Its aim is to give information, advice and training to improve the companies Management, as well as to foster exports and internationalisation and to represent and promote the general interests from businesses, the Industry, Services and Trade sectors.
